2 Timothy 1:7~ For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
Fear is a spirit that comes to rob you of the power God has given you through the gift of the Holy Spirit. The power to face each day free from chains and shackles, the power to stand against every opposition that is thrown towards you. Fear comes to push out the spirit of love that rest on the inside of you and reassures you that God is for you and he is greater than the whole world against you. Fear comes to create confusion in your sound mind and drive you to think thoughts of confusion.
Don’t let fear chase away your dreams, stop you from pursuing, or make you become a slave to this wicked and sinful flesh. Walk in the knowledge of God and declare that fear can’t live here any more. When people say you can’t, say God said I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. When you face opposition, say when the enemy surrounds me like a flood, God is lifting a standard. You stand in the power of the Holy Spirit and allow love to lift you up and above any situation while God keeps your mind in perfect peace.
